| I am leaving UST to work at the University of Houston-Downtown as the Director of Institutional Research. My last day at UST is Friday, October 26 and I gave myself a week off to start at UHD on Monday, November 5th.
I'm excited! It is a new challenge, but one I feel ready for. and it is definitely time for me to move on.

I just talked to the vet, Kali is out of the surgery and up out of anesthesia. Turns out she had a yeast infection in her ear (didn't even know that was possible). She does have a cone she has to wear b/c she is trying to scratch at it again...but she should be fine =) just unhappy to be at the vet.
Its been such a crazy week, first a test that made no sense and then unexpected vet visits for my kitty.....very glad its friday, and I have a date with K tonight, its our 2 year anniversary...we're going out to hibachi =) the rest of the weekend is gonna be spent doing school but I'm really looking forward to spending some time with him, and seeing my kitty at home again... | | |
